A converter that respects your files
Most PDF-to-Word tools want your document on their servers and your card on a subscription. We think neither is necessary.
Why local?
The PDFs people need to edit are often the sensitive ones: contracts, invoices, medical forms, HR letters. Modern browsers and computers are perfectly capable of converting them on the spot, so we built a converter that does exactly that. Nothing to upload, nothing to delete afterwards, nothing to leak.
Why pay once?
Converting documents doesn’t cost us anything when it happens on your machine, so it shouldn’t cost you every month. The web converter is free for everyday files; the desktop app is a single purchase that includes every 1.x update.
What to expect
PDF is a page-description format: it records where each letter goes, not where paragraphs, tables or lists are. We rebuild that structure carefully, and we’re honest about the cases that are genuinely hard — see the FAQ.
