1. Acceptance

By using PdfBackToDoc (the website, the free web converter, or the desktop app) you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use it.

2. The free web converter

The web converter is provided free of charge, as-is. It runs on your own device; you are responsible for the documents you convert and for having the right to convert them. Free limits (pages, file size, one file at a time) may change.

3. Desktop license

A desktop license costs $14.99 (one-time, plus applicable taxes) and grants you a personal, non-transferable right to install and use PdfBackToDoc for Desktop version 1.x on computers you own or control. Don’t share, resell or publish your license key. A refunded purchase revokes the license.

4. Refunds

Refund policy to be published before the desktop app launches.

5. No warranty

Conversion results depend on how each PDF was made. We don’t guarantee that any particular document will convert accurately. Always review converted documents before relying on them.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SimpleSaaS, LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

7. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be noted on this page with a new “last updated” date.
